Accounts and access
Keep your account and access tokens secure. Google sign-in creates or connects a Synora account using a verified Google identity. Do not use another person’s account without permission.
Submitted content
Submit text and audio only when you have the right and any required permission to process them. Do not use the service for unlawful impersonation or to violate another person’s rights.
Usage and pricing
Free trials have stated limits. Paid work follows the active model-specific price book and the service’s usage units. Review the displayed estimate and price before submitting a request. Model availability and provider limits can change.
Results and support
Speech models can make transcription or pronunciation mistakes; check results before relying on them. Provider availability can affect processing. Contact the address below for account, usage or service issues.
